Ronald C. Moore, MSW

Las Vegas native and father to three girls, Ronald C. Moore, MSW founded Nevada Homes for Youth in 1991 as an off-shoot of his earlier company Moore Group Homes.  Having proven himself an expert and an innovator in his field, Moore has worked with over 1000 kids and has over 30 years of experience.  During that time Moore has developed numerous programs for at-risk youth and youth dealing with substance abuse addiction.  Such programs include Life Skills Training, Anger Management Classes at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, an Educational Tutoring program for the No Child Left Behind Act, and both In-patient and Out-patient Substance Abuse Treatment programs.

Moore is certified in both family and children's counseling by the state of California, and has received his Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Moore has dedicated his life to creating original programing and methods to better help adolescents reach their goals and overcome their obstacles.  Not one to shy away from even the toughest cases, Moore specializes in working with at-risk youth and their families to facilitate healthy environments that will yield the best outcome for his clients. Moore's philosophy is to bring services to every youth in need that may not have the opportunity to obtain treatment or services.  His approach has awarded him accolades from the community, the agency that he serves and his peers.
